Maintenance ( service )charges for “ Castle Beach Apartments“ owners are estimated to be in the region of 6.00 Euros per square meter per annum. Separate maintenance agreements will be signed with all owners upon completion. The charge will cover cleaning of the common parts, maintenance, electricity and lighting of the communal parts of the buildings, swimming pools and exterior, gardening and landscaping, controlled entry and security.

- Bedrooms: laminated floors, walls and ceilings emulsion paint.

Installment payment schedule
•The first payment is 30 % from the total amount of the apartment. This is a deposit, at signing a contract between the buyer and the seller.
•30 % of the agreed price is due to be paid when your floor is complete.
•30 % of the agreed price is due to be paid after the building is roofed.
•The remaining part of the agreed price, which is 10% of the total price, should be paid at the issue of the notary deed for transferring the real estate property.
Annual maintenance fee is 6 EUR per sq. m.- This charge is for general maintenance of the common parts - swimming pools, stairs, lifts as well as 24 hour security guard.
